Stop to Smell the Roses ( and necks)

This color seems to be a theme... Hmmm.
Who wouldn't want a farmhouse sink like this?

Tulips !!  They are such a happy flower.

  Inspiring Spring ideas.....
I have always loved hydrangeas of any shape or color...

Now, who wouldn't want to garden if you had a room like this ?

While the thought of getting out and finding a few little areas to plant was in my head this time last week, I have been looking and have added to the plans that dance in my little head- Like at Christmas with sugarplums dancing in your head, which one to choose ?

Some of you are in the throws of battle with children out on Spring Break, trying to create things to keep them busy, out of trouble and having a wonderful time while keeping your sanity. I remember those days....You can do it and make some great memories while you are at it.
When all else returns to normal, the kiddies are back in the teacher’s charge again and you have five minutes to yourself - maybe you can relax and let thoughts of some beautiful pink, salmon, magenta or yellow blooms dance in your head... Then, you can stop and smell the roses as you go about your normal daily routine- possibly loading the kiddies in the car...again.
Again, stop to smell the roses, yes... but don’t forget to smell your children’s neck as you dry them after a bath, the freshly folded clothes as you lay them in the dresser ...or remember how your husband looked as he drifted off to sleep....
Savor those times.... Take a minute today to find the good, the colorful parts of the day and engrave them in your heart.
